Abstract

Diethyl lysergamide (LSD) and 3-quinuclidin benzilate (BZ) are both extracted by chloroform in dependence on the pH value of the solution. The protonation constants were determined for both bases and their distribution constants were calculated from their distribution constants in the water-chloroform system. Conditions were studied for the formation of the ion associates with 13 dyes and for their extraction with chloroform.
