Abstract
In connection with our research into antimycobacterial pyrazine derivatives we were interested in binuclear analogues with -CONH- bridge. The prepared compounds were tested in the form of dimethylsulfoxide solutions for their activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, M. kansasii, M. avium and M. fortuitum on a liquid Sula medium (pH 5.4).
