Abstract
17β-[4-(1,3-Thiazolyl)]-androst-5-ene with a formamide and ethoxycarbonyl group in position 2' of the 1,3-thiazole ring were synthesized and their structures studied by means of hydrogenolytic degradation and spectroscopic methods.
